Requirements
For all positions:
 
  DRILLING MANAGER
 
Work responsibilities will include:
• Design & manage overall drilling operations with effectiveness and technical integrity & execute in compliance with project time, cost and well performance objectives and provide guidance and advice to the drilling team in technical matters.
• To network internally and externally to prepare reports, present drilling related issues in the JV meetings.
• To prepare, present and seek approvals for work plans, manpower allocations and budgets.
• Coordinate with different departments within the Company & external contractors to execute the work plans.


Requirements
The candidate should have:
• B.Sc. Engineering from a reputed educational institution.
• Minimum 20 years experience of drilling operations with at least 5 years at a managerial level.
• IWCF certification.
• Fully conversant with HSE policies and applications.

Candidates holding professional certifications will be preferred.

  DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT
 
Work responsibilities will include:
• To execute drilling plans of the Company efficiently & effectively.
•Supervision and proper reporting of drilling operations.
•Ensuring that operations are carried out in accordance with the Company’s HSE policy.
•Coordinate between service companies to ensure timely availability of services & materials at the well site.
• To prepare, present and seek approvals for work plans, manpower allocations and budgets.


Requirements
The candidate should have:
• B.Sc. Engineering from a reputed educational institution.
• Minimum 15 years experience of drilling operations with at least 5 years at a Supervisory level.
• IWCF certification.
• Fully conversant with HSE policies and applications.

Candidates holding professional certifications will be preferred.

  SR. DRILLING ENGINEER
 
Work responsibilities will include:
• Prepare drilling program.
• Carrying out engineering analysis of drilling parameters & make recommendation for optimisation.
• Coordinate with other departments like Exploration, Construction, Contracts & Materials etc. to meet the drilling objectives.
• Coordinate with service companies/vendors for timely provision of services and equipment for the drilling operations.
• Work as a Night Company Man at the well site as and when required.


Requirements
The candidate should have:
• B.Sc. Engineering from a reputed educational institution.
• Minimum 8 years experience of drilling operations.
• IWCF certification.
• Fully conversant with HSE policies and applications.

Candidates holding professional certifications will be preferred.
